What to do in Las Vegas when you’re under 21

Most Las Vegas activities are designed for those people over the age of 21, but even if you haven’t turned 21 yet, Las Vegas still has plenty of things for you to do. Options are much better for people over 18, although even those under 18 can get in to see some shows, go bowling or hit a movie theater.
Shows are an excellent choice for a fun evening out. Some, like Penn & Teller, are appropriate for all ages but a few require the audience to be 18 or over, like Absinthe. Always be sure to check age restrictions before you get your tickets.
If you’re under 21, getting away from the Strip will offer more things to do. Test your mini golf skills or play some pinball at the Pinball Hall of Fame, or stay out late shooting pool.
Las Vegas has a curfew, so those under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday from midnight to 5 a.m. Those over 18 can still be out enjoying the 24 hour nature of Las Vegas, just without drinking or gambling.
