Experience expertly prepared dishes at Las Vegas’ 10 best sushi restaurants
Finding great sushi in Las Vegas is easier than you think. A number of the city’s acclaimed sushi restaurants regularly fly in fresh fish, with some even importing fish directly from Japan. Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients, the city’s talented chefs create masterful dishes of sushi, sashimi and other delectable fare.
Sushi enthusiasts will find plenty of noteworthy sushi restaurants on the Strip, including Nobu Caesars Palace. While it’s a bit of a misnomer to call it a sushi restaurant since its menu offers a wide range of dishes, the chef is very well known for his sushi. This restaurant is the largest Nobu location and includes teppanyaki tables, a feature not found at any other Nobu in the U.S.
Restaurants off the Strip are equally as impressive. Las Vegas’ Chinatown district, which is home to a wide range of Asian cuisines, has several noted sushi restaurants. Yui Edomae Sushi offers a distinctive dining experience focused on omotenashi, which roughly translates to “hospitality.” Guests can enjoy expertly crafted sushi and other Japanese dishes, all in an authentic setting.
Las Vegas’ suburban neighborhoods also have their fair share of great sushi restaurants, like Sen of Japan. This local gem is tucked away in a non-descript strip mall west of the Strip, but don’t let its humble exterior fool you. Their menu selections include some of Las Vegas’ best sushi.
