Creativity is on the menu at Las Vegas’ new and popular restaurants

The dynamic food scene in Las Vegas keeps producing new restaurants, and while the Strip is always a hotbed of culinary talent, it’s far from the only place in town to find great new restaurants.
Las Vegas’ Chinatown is perhaps the most food-centric area in the city. Foodies in the know have been dining here forever, but in recent years everyone seems to have discovered this neighborhood along Spring Mountain Road. While you will find Asian food in this area, you’ll also find standouts in other cuisines. Partage’s French food attracts steady acclaim, and Edo’s Spanish tapas are deliciously habit-forming.
Downtown is another hot spot for new culinary adventures, and the new Ferguson’s Downtown multi-use center is home to two new stars, Hatsumi and La Monjá. Japanese small plates are featured at Hatsumi, while modern Mexican takes the stage at La Monjá.
On the Strip, Cipriani continues to wow customers and critics, who can’t get enough of its upscale Italian dishes. And at The Venetian, Chef David Chang’s Majordōmo Meat & Fish puts a new twist on the idea of a steakhouse.
