Located on the 11th floor of Paris Las Vegas’ half-sized Eiffel Tower replica, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant truly takes Vegas dining experience to new heights. Serving an exquisite menu by acclaimed chef J. Joho, the French restaurant not only features breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, but also one of the best views of the Fountains of Bellagio. While the atmosphere is truly remarkable, the fare is just as fantastic, featuring an assortment of delectable dishes sure to please even the most discerning diner. You’ll find caviar, foie gras and a wide assortment of seafood. House specialties include the grand seafood platter, Beef Wellington and roasted rack of lamb. If you’re thinking about a romantic meal for two at the Eiffel Tower, ask for the table facing the Fountains of Bellagio, which are directly across the street.

Partage describes itself as a modern French dining experience, and its menu and sophisticated ambiance validate that description. Tasting menus are offered with three, five, or seven course options featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients that the chef transforms into sumptuous fare. Add-ons are available and include items like seared foie gras on pineapple carpaccio, mango chutney and country bread toast; braised oxtail croque monsieur, fresh scallions and parsley; or caviar and truffle, depending on the season. Wine pairings at Partage are an excellent value and are expertly picked by the sommelier. Three, five, and seven glass pairings are offered ($33 – $77) with options to upgrade to premium vintages.

Americana Las Vegas is located off the Strip, overlooking small Lake Jacqueline in the Desert Shores community. The serene ambiance feels worlds away from the Strip, although it’s only about a 20-minute drive. In addition to dinner, lunch and Sunday brunch menus, Americana also offers the Weekly Harvest menu featuring seasonal dishes. For dinner, start off your meal with something like oysters, charred octopus or pan seared foie gras with apricot tartin, pistachio and ginger beer gastrique. Choose from entrees like the oven roasted Alaskan halibut with potato cake, baby fennel and romesco sauce or one of the excellent steaks, rack of lamb or a truffled chicken. Don’t forget dessert – it’s a must for a dinner like this. Choose from sorbets, vanilla bean brulee, passion fruit tart or peanut butter chocolate bar.

Chef Alain Ducasse brings his vision of French and Italian cuisine to the Strip in a beautiful space high atop the Delano. This fine dining establishment offers its guests not only an amazing menu, but a spectacular view of the Strip. The menu includes several selections from the grill, including a pepper-crusted bison tenderloin, filet or a bone-in Angus rib eye. Other dishes include lobster, duck breast, and lamb. Shareable dishes range from soups, salads, pasta and pizza to specialties like beef carpaccio, marinated sea bass and a charcuterie plate. A full selection of drinks from the nearby Skyfall Lounge is available, including cocktails with names like Cowboy Hunting (bourbon, Amaretto, lemon juice and Thai chili) and Peepshow (tequila, elderflower liqueur, blanc vermouth and bitters).

Noted Chef Guy Savoy has his only United States restaurant in Las Vegas, the eponymous Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace. Recipient of several culinary awards and accolades, the chef’s Las Vegas restaurant is a must-do destination for many food enthusiasts. The decor is tastefully understated and the menu is full of indulgent offerings. A la carte and tasting menus are offered. Noted dishes include the chef’s signature artichoke and black truffle soup, the Colors of Caviar and the octopus terrine. Other selections include items like seared foie gras on brioche with black truffle, roasted wild Atlantic turbot or Muscovy duck leg confit with melon and squash. The elegant setting and excellent service are the perfect accompaniments to the impressive menu.

Noted Chef Jose Andres is at the helm of a few successful restaurants in Las Vegas, but his intimate, eight-seat restaurant, é, located inside Jaleo, offers a rare epicurean experience. The amazing and extensive tasting menu is filled with dishes unlike anything you’ve had (or seen) before. Think edible trees, or foie gras and jam that looks like a PB&J. The dishes can be whimsical, but are always bursting with incredible flavors. Chef Andres combines Spanish food with inventive techniques popularly known as molecular gastronomy (although Chef Andres is famously opposed to that term) to create the memorable dishes. An evening at é doesn’t come cheaply, so plan on spending at least $250 per person, before drinks and other fees. The two-hour seatings are offered twice nightly, Wednesday through Saturday.

With its refined Chinese dishes and an elegant, stylish setting, Wing Lei is one of the city’s best restaurants. The experience begins with the restaurant’s beautifully designed dining room, which is filled with gold accents and offers a view overlooking 100-year-old pomegranate trees. Guests can dine on a variety of sumptuous menu options, which include the Imperial Peking Duck, carved tableside. Other dishes include selections like curry scallops, Sichuan beef short ribs or crispy five spice duck leg. Chef’s Ming Yu’s signature dinner offers guests a tasting menu that includes Alaskan King Crab and caviar, truffle soup dumpling, poached Maine lobster, braised prime short rib and a dessert selection from the chef. Guests will find both familiar dishes and new creations on the menu, all of which are finely crafted and deeply flavorful.

Executive Chef Julian Serrano’s menu at Picasso is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain, where Pablo Picasso spent much of his life. Serrano’s impeccable cuisine is on display throughout the menu, which might include dishes like a warm quail salad with artichokes and pine nuts, butter poached Maine lobster, sauteed crispy gnocchi with Alaskan king crab or medallions of deer with roasted treviso, corn puree and caramelized blueberry. The wine cellar is stocked with more than 1,500 selections, so you’ll certainly find a wine that pairs perfectly with your meal. The dining room is adorned with Picasso’s work, and also gives diners a view of the Bellagio’s fountains.

Mott 32 brings flavors from Cantonese, Szechuan and Beijing to its dishes. The comfortable yet refined setting includes a bar and lounge, all in a well-designed space. The menu offers an array of wonderful dishes to be savored. BBQ options include the Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking Duck in the “Signature Mott 32 Cut,” Peking Style Spicy Crispy Duck Rack, minced duck with lettuce cup and Iberico pork. Steamed, baked and fried dim sum is offered – each artfully prepared and full of flavor. Among the many exceptional dishes, you’ll find Bird’s Nest dishes, Main Lobster with black truffle and egg white and braised whole Japanese sea cucumber with oyster sauce.

Joel Robuchon’s namesake restaurant in Las Vegas gives diners a chance to experience the chef’s renown French cuisine in a setting reminiscent of Paris in the 1930s. A meal here is an elaborate event – and a splurge. Guests can enjoy a lavish reception area, elegant main dining room, landscaped garden-designed dining room and intimate bar. The tasting menus showcase precise portions of perfect French Nouvelle cuisine, using only the finest meats, seafood and produce available.
