Lisbon is the cleanest capital of Europe, hotel study reveals
Lisbon tops the list as the cleanest European capital with an average cleanliness rating of 4.79 stars. Prague and Zagreb make the top 3, both with an average rating of 4.74 stars. Copenhagen comes in last place with the lowest average cleanliness rating of the top 20 (4.43 stars).
