Las Vegas offers a steady supply of new and popular restaurants. The city attracts acclaimed chefs and restauranters from around the world, giving foodies a huge selection of big names to try. The Las Vegas Strip is home to scores of top-rated new eateries, and the selection of new and popular restaurants off the Strip is equally as impressive.
The new Resorts World Las Vegas is home to a number of new buzz-worthy restaurants, like the swanky Carversteak, which refines and improves upon the steakhouse concept. At the other end of the Resorts World food spectrum, you have Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas, a vegan fine-dining restaurant that’s changing the way people think about vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Perhaps one of the most talked-about new restaurants in Las Vegas is The Bedford by Martha Stewart. It’s Stewart’s first restaurant, and it’s designed to look like her upstate New York home. The Bedford is all understated elegance, with neutral colors, tasteful decorations and a menu full of classic, high-end fare. You won’t find any deals here, but you can get plenty of caviar.
Off the Strip, noted local chef Brian Howard recently opened a fast casual chicken restaurant in Chinatown that’s attracting a lot of attention. Half Bird – Chicken & Beer keeps its focus on the humble chicken, with terrifically tasty results that are about as budget-friendly as it gets.
